The Role
General Duties & Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible to manage the E-commerce platform for the achievement of sales, distribution, SKU offered and to ensure a clear understanding of the marketing objectives and new product development direction in E-Commerce business development. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns for our website. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitoring the sales operations for promoting products and accountable for achieving business goals and increasing the sales growth. \xe2\x80\xa2 Analysing and reporting online performance and results related to promotions and campaigns. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage online merchandise presentation on the Website and execute effective position of products-based Season, on sale, inventory, newness, and trends \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor to improve customer delivery performance and enhance customer satisfaction \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure service levels are set, achieved, and maintained by working closely with customer service, fulfilment, and platform providers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Analysing the fast-moving, slow-moving and dead stock in the stores and taking required actions to increase profitability. \xe2\x80\xa2 Keeping track of new promotional and advertising campaigns by competitors to gauge demand. \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead eCommerce projects and execute marketing plans to drive cost-effective qualified shopper traffic to websites. \xe2\x80\xa2 To work closely with Managers to ensure upload, update of existing and adding in new products. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for daily online sales, operations, including new item/campaign setup, logistic management, product page design, online content creation etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Speed up the company\'s existing online business platform and marketplace. \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer especially graphic design and E-commerce literacy are compulsory. \xe2\x80\xa2 Understand and identify customers\' needs and requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain a good attendance record, always punctual, ability to work under pressure and uphold high level of discipline. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform to any other roles and responsibilities assigned by the Management.

Requirements
Required candidate profile * \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum Degree in E-commerce/IT/ Business Studies/Marketing/Management or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 3 years of E-Commerce experience in FMCG sales and administration, preferably from distributor environment for FMCG products. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in E-Distributor Management is an advantage \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Figma, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop) \xe2\x80\xa2 Requires language(s): English and Arabic is mandatory. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to deal effectively with distributors, operation manager and marketing plans. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good knowledge of computer applications and IT systems. \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to work on weekend / Public Holiday and as and when necessary.
