The Job
Your Responsibilities will include:

-Tracks online sales data, maintain Digital promotional materials inventory
-Prepares Website marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
-Coordinate with the Sales team and stores to collect products for adding it to the online shops.
-Support Marketing officer with Social Media campaigns for various social media platforms to align with marketing strategies
-Support in Publishing contents on the social media platforms
-Stay up to date with the latest industry and digital trends
-Support Customer service representative in Responding to customer inquiries & comments formats on social platforms in a timely manner
-Support in Monitor and provide feedback on engagement/conversation via social media channels to marketing officer
-Work with the marketing, creative, and customer experience team to create high quality, engaging, relevant, and timely content
-Support marketing officer with the social media editorial calendar and ensure the content is published by the stipulated deadlines
-Deploy social listening tools to monitor positive/negative comments and topic trends, and strive to boost engagement and resolve any potential conflicts that may affect brand reputation

Ideal Candidate
Skills Required:

-Bacheloraa,a,,s degree in Marketing or relevant field
-Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok and Snapchat)
