Key Responsibilities

Content creation & social media:

Plan, film, and edit daily videos, vlogs, and short-form content. Manage and expand our presence on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and other social platforms. Develop innovative strategies to increase audience engagement and generate quality leads. Create eye-catching and brand-aligned content (photos, videos, graphics, etc.). Track performance insights and adapt strategies to improve results. Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and social media algorithms.

Website & Online Presence:

Regularly update website content (banners, product/service pages, blog posts, images). Ensure all web pages and links function smoothly. Work with developers or use CMS platforms (WordPress, Squarespace, etc.) to maintain the website. Optimize web content for both SEO and user experience.

Additional Responsibilities:

Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to support campaigns. Assist in preparing newsletters or basic email marketing when required. Contribute to digital promotions, events, and launches. Suggest improvements and creative ideas to enhance digital presence.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Male/Female Candidate, currently based in Dubai. Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken & written). Strong skills in photography, videography, and video editing. Creative, proactive, and able to work independently. Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and algorithms. Hands-on experience in managing social media accounts for brands. Knowledge of SEO, online marketing, and digital content strategies. Familiarity with website management (WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, etc.). Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe tools. Strong communication and content writing skills. Flexible and able to work under challenging conditions when required. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
