We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Content Creator who will be responsible for producing and publishing various types of digital content and digital marketing campaigns, including generating leads, conducting market research and actively engaging with the business to optimize the performance of our digital strategies.Responsibilities:-
Developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy
Creating visual concepts for promotional activities
Managing the digital marketing calendar
Maintaining the online presence and reputation of the company
Overseeing the creation and maintenance of social media content
Tracking digital marketing performance
Creating and updating digital marketing reports
Overseeing the digital marketing budget
Create and publish engaging content for various digital platforms including social media, blogs, and websites
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with business goals
Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure content is relevant and effective
Produce high-quality multimedia content including images, videos, and infographics
Manage and maintain content calendars to ensure timely delivery of content
Monitor and analyze the performance of content and adjust strategies as needed
Collaborate with other departments such as design and product development to ensure content is aligned with brand standards and product offerings
Stay up-to-date with digital media technologies and trends and incorporate them into content strategies and tactics
Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors such as photographers, videographers, and writers
Ensure all content is optimized for search engines and meets accessibility standards.
Qualifications:-
Experience with digital marketing automation software
Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics
Experience with content management systems (CMS)
Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective audiences
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar software
Experience with video editing software (e.g. Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
Understanding of visual design principles and best practices
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Passion for creating engaging and innovative digital content
