Job descriptionPosition Purpose: To support and execute digital business development and marketing initiatives of the company and provide consulting to the companies? clients. The selected candidate focus on the development and execution of Digital Marketing and Online Monetization strategy internal group companies and clients with measurable results in terms of leads and revenue. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Build Digital Marketing & Social Media Roadmap
Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
Develop strategies to monetize the online assets of the companies such as the website, social media handles, mobile apps etc.
Support the sales teams during pre-sales stage
Design and implement social media strategy, digital media campaigns
Exposure to Chatbots, Growth Hacking, Programmatic Advertising, Interactive Content, Behavioral Retargeting, IT Infrastructure, Digital Transformation is an added advantage
Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
Collaborate with other teams from client companies to meet their business goals
Communicate with clients, respond to queries in a timely manner
Oversee social media accounts? design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
Training and developing the team?s knowledge in social media through extensive training such as Facebook blueprint training, Google AdWords training and Instagram stories
Considerations for Remarketing Campaigns
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Bachelor/master?s degree in marketing, Digital media or relevant field
5 years? work experience as a Digital/Social media specialist
Must be expert of Sales and Marketing Funnel planning and execution
Must have knowledge on monetization of digital assets
Knowledge of Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, Audacity or other media editing software will be an added advantage
Reporting and Analytics using different Social Media tools such as Quintly, Spirnklr, Crowd Analyzer, Facelift, Crimson Hexagon and Social Bakers is an added advantage
Experience with visual communication principles
Familiarity with web design and content management systems is an added advantage
Excellent analytical and project management skills
Additional qualification in web design or animation is an added advantage
Good knowledge of SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, Sales Funnel Analysis etc.
Knowledge of online marketing channels
Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
