Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, preferably in the real estate industry or boutique agencies.
Strong knowledge of SEO, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and analytics.
Experience managing successful social media campaigns.
Proficiency in running Google Ads and familiarity with other online advertising platforms.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for [Valley View Real Estate]
Implement SEO tactics to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
Create and manage compelling social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, etc., to engage with our target audience and attract potential clients.
Plan and optimize targeted Google Ads campaigns to maximize lead generation and conversions.
Monitor website and campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
Stay updated with industry trends and recommend innovative digital marketing approaches to maintain a competitive edge.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align digital marketing efforts with business objectives.
