Job Objective/Summary The purpose of this position is to ensure, and implement regularity and control over UNITED GULF\xe2\x80\x99s overall marketing related requirements. The Marketing Assistant\xe2\x80\x99s roles, responsibilities and authorities are defined in order to be incorporated into the existing Marketing activities, such as job position/descriptions, performance agreements and/or duty statements, as appropriate. For this, UG has identified an Marketing Assistant\xe2\x80\x99s whose roles and responsibilities are listed below. Job Context/Core Responsibility \xc2\xb7 Creating engaging and SEO friendly content for the company\xe2\x80\x99s website and social media. \xc2\xb7 Managing all social media accounts and focus on account growth. \xc2\xb7 Update and track all relevant account information and other relevant marketing data. \xc2\xb7 Understanding of SEO tools like Google Analytics \xc2\xb7 To introduce and enhance SEO and Digital marketing related requirements. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of latest market trends and social media marketing techniques \xc2\xb7 Ability to create content with compelling storytelling that would attract more views. \xc2\xb7 Coordinating with other departments and utilize every opportunity available to drive more meaningful relevant content creation. \xc2\xb7 Ensuring proper portrayal of brand\xe2\x80\x99s image and tone \xc2\xb7 Preparing and conducting surveys/questionnaires to gather consumer feedback \xc2\xb7 Performing administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of marketing activities. \xc2\xb7 Fully exploit the social media and digital marketing potential \xc2\xb7 To plan concept by studying information and materials and in consultation with General Manager. \xc2\xb7 To illustrate the concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts using modern designing and retouching tools and systems. \xc2\xb7 Maintain visual design consistency in the Group\xe2\x80\x99s media such as prints, web and visual corporate communication ensuring corporate colors and profile and maintained \xc2\xb7 Complete projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc. \xc2\xb7 Maintain technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; Learning new graphic design software and animation techniques, through online resources. \xc2\xb7 Manage and coordinate with suppliers for printing activities. \xc2\xb7 Maintain updated LPO Record file. \xc2\xb7 Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. \xc2\xb7 Any other tasks assigned by GM/ or other UG Department or Staff (with inputs from GM), as and when required. \xc2\xb7 To coordinate events pertaining to corporate celebrations, and team building in conjunction with HRD. \xc2\xb7 Act as a department representative for ISO certification and ensure all necessary documents are in line with company quality management standards \xc2\xb7 To liaise with branches on marketing related requirements. \xc2\xb7 To act as marketing representative for all related requirements Qualifications, Experience & Skills Minimum Qualifications: Degree in Marketing or any other relevant education background. Must be skilled and experienced in designing software, such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, etc. Minimum Experience: 2 to 3 years in Marketing or Digital Marketing Job-Specific Skills: Marketing, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design Skills, Layout Skills, Creative Services. Other duties as assigned.
