We are looking for a passionate and motivated

Digital Marketing Assistant

to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will support the execution of online marketing campaigns and strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth. You'll be working alongside a talented team, gaining hands-on experience with a variety of digital tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Support:

+ Assist in planning, creating, and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, SEO, paid ads, etc.).
+ Help track the performance of marketing campaigns and provide regular updates.
+ Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaigns based on data insights and trends.

Content Creation:

+ Write, proofread, and edit engaging content for blog, social media posts, newsletters, and website updates.
+ Assist in the creation of visual content (such as graphics, videos, and promotional materials) using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.

Social Media Management:

+ Manage daily social media activity, including posting content, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media trends.
+ Monitor social media metrics to evaluate content performance and identify opportunities for growth.
+ Assist with influencer outreach and relationship-building efforts for campaigns.

Email Marketing:

+ Assist in the design and execution of email campaigns.
+ Analyze email campaign performance, track open rates, click-through rates, and make recommendations for optimization.

SEO and Content Optimization:

+ Help in conducting keyword research and optimizing website content for SEO.
+ Monitor website traffic and assist in reporting findings to the digital marketing team.

Analytics and Reporting:

+ Track and analyze key metrics (website traffic, engagement, conversion rates) across all digital platforms.
+ Generate weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance and provide insights to improve future strategies.

Market Research:

+ Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
+ Assist in competitor research and industry analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.

Administrative Tasks:

+ Provide administrative support to the Digital Marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing resources.

Skills & Qualifications:

Education

: A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus, but not required.

Experience

: 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing.

Technical Skills

: Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, SEMrush, Mailchimp, or similar).

Content Skills

: Strong writing and communication skills, with a creative eye for visual content.

Social Media Savvy

: Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and trends.

Analytical Mindset

: Ability to work with data to generate reports and insights.

Attention to Detail

: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Desirable Skills

: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, experience with Adobe Creative Suite, or knowledge of SEO/SEM is a plus.
