Duties and Responsibilities - Digital Marketing Assistant
Social Media Management
Schedule and publish posts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Monitor and engage with followers, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
Track trends and competitor activity to improve engagement.
Content Creation
Assist in creating written, visual, and video content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and campaigns.
Support the design of graphics, videos, and other marketing materials using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
SEO and Website Support
Perform basic keyword research and assist in optimizing website content.
Update website pages, blogs, and landing pages under guidance.
Monitor website analytics and report insights to the marketing team.
Email Marketing
Assist in creating, sending, and monitoring email campaigns and newsletters.
Segment email lists, track open/click rates, and help optimize content for better engagement.
Advertising Assistance
Help set up and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
Monitor ad performance, track ROI, and prepare reports for review.
Analytics and Reporting
Collect and analyze marketing data, such as campaign performance, website traffic, and social media engagement.
Prepare weekly or monthly reports highlighting key insights and recommendations.
Market Research
Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and potential marketing opportunities.
Provide suggestions to improve marketing strategies based on findings.
Administrative Support
Maintain content calendars, campaign schedules, and digital asset libraries.
Coordinate with designers, freelancers, or agencies for marketing projects.
