The Role We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. You will create and implement our Social Media strategy to improve our online presence and marketing and sales efforts. Should also regularly reply to enquires and comments on all the platforms. As a Marketer, you will be responsible for developing social media calendars for all platforms while adhering to the company's guidelines and policies. You will be in charge of regularly posting valuable content such as videos, text, and images. Should know about running Social Media ads and run campaigns that will increase our social media followers and will also generate leads. Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement. What You'll Do Create and optimize web and landing pages for speed, performance, accessibility, mobile friendliness, and our health score. Support paid campaigns and drive conversions by creating and optimizing landing pages. Should post daily content on all platforms which should increase followers, and engagement and generate leads. And builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action. Optimize the company's digital portfolio within each platform to increase the visibility of the company's social content. Communicate & engage with followers, respond to queries promptly and monitor customer reviews. Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications. Knowledge of technical aspects like SEO, keyword research, WordPress, and more. Should run organic brand awareness, engagement, programs promotional, and lead generation campaigns. Create and implement social media posting schedules based on content calendars. Reply to every inquiry we get from the media platforms and add it to the lead sheet. Your Background Proven track record of successfully handling social media accounts of organizations/ individuals. 2-3 years of proven success in front-end web development using JavaScript, CSS, and HTML Excellent Internet Research Skills Graduate/Post Graduate Degree from a recognized university. Complete knowledge about all the social media platforms. Creative Mindset and Multitasking Excellent knowledge of the latest website development trends, techniques to improve rendering, and other website functionalities. Excellent knowledge of WordPress tool. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
