Seeking an experienced and passionate Digital Marketing and E-commerce Specialist to join our team. The candidate will manage our online presence across various social media platforms and e-commerce sites, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, Careem, Instashop, LinkedIn, UrbanClap (Urban Company), Justlife, TripAdvisor, Fresha, 2GIS, ArabPlaces, Groupon.ae, Time Out Dubai, Amazon Home Services, Vaniday, Beutics App, Helpbit, Blowout&Go, Nooora Beauty Concierge, Yellow Pages, Connect.ae, YallaBanana, ae.locale.online, and Service Market. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, expanding our digital footprint, and driving sales. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the products and services of our company. Manage social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and drive audience engagement by creating high-quality original content. Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels including SEO/SEM, email marketing, digital advertising, and website development. Manage our presence on e-commerce and service platforms, ensuring product information is accurate and appealing. Engage with our audience on social media, responding to comments, and fostering a positive community spirit. Track social media influencers in our industries and work on engagement strategies. Monitor and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics. Skills and Qualifications Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role. Proficiency in major social media platforms and digital marketing trends. Experience with SEO/SEM, Google AdWords, and CRM software. Familiarity with web design and WordPress is a plus. Excellent communication and people skills. Strong analytical and multitasking skills. Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, New media, or relevant field.
