He or she will be comfortable managing multiple businesses and programs that exceed ROI targets across marketing products. Manage the overall relationship and serve as the primary point of contact for Marketing Channels with Business Units Marketing Teams as well as Product Management; set and deliver upon stakeholder expectations
Define a holistic media acquisition strategy for Marketing Channels in partnership with marketers
Strategize with the business to grow the Business Units using a robust digital marketing strategy with the objective of regularly exceeding quarterly ROI goals
Orchestrate the collaboration/integration of all Marketing channels to ensure optimal results.
Direct/oversee marketing campaign execution (working closely with our marketers)
Consolidate and share weekly, monthly, quarterly insights and reports to BU. Develop insights and present QBRs to executives
Work with colleagues to share out digital media best practices, performance data & product roadmaps
Own media forecasts and outlook for spend, revenue, and ROI
Conduct competitive intelligence scans/benchmarking and develop strategies to adapt to a changing environment
Be the go-to thought leader on new and emerging marketing channels
Qualifications:Basic Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in marketing or related field
3+ years or more of digital marketing experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Digital agency experience
Management and leadership experience
Loves to capitalize on new growth opportunities through a structured, curious, and data-driven approach
Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as LinkedIn, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Apple Search Ads, Facebook Ads manager, etc
Basic SQL and/or Hive knowledge or the curiosity to become an expert in various data querying languages
A marketplace marketing background (ie understanding how supply and demand impact marketing strategies)
Strong presentational skills: Ability to clearly communicate complex workflows, dependencies and tradeoffs in both speech and writing
Demonstrated mastery of multi-channel digital media strategy, A/B and multivariate test design, optimization, and ROI
Experience in running performance/digital marketing channels (SEM/Display/Paid Social/Mobile)
