Researches and prepares customer insights reports on joumey target customer (i.e. trends, opportunities), including identifying the night target customer, deciding on best channels to reach target customer, and defining tone of voice for key messages
Serves as integrator between UX design and Marketing Function to ensure a consistent digital environment across customer touchpoints to reinforce brand equity
Co-develops product/joumey Digital KPIs, including fit within strategic product KPIs
Creates and launches key marketing campaigns
Supports in testing value proposition through focus groups, A/B testing, etc Requirements
Experience with data analysis and reporting
Optimization
Strong knowledge of SQL, statistics and proficiency in Excel
Proficiency in data visualization tools, e g. Tableau, knowledge of database structures and data mining techniques preferred
Knowledge of key digital marketing KPIs (CPC/CACs etc.)
