Job Description

We are looking for a female who can manage PR and promotional events and all social media channels to sustain an engaging post for our audience, increase brand awareness and develop attractive offers to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy.
Job Purpose:

• Respond and resolve guest inquiries across social media platforms.
• Manage and prepare a weekly social media content calendar.
• Prepare monthly marketing plan for offers and promotions.
• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, set and implement social media and communication campaigns.
• Provide daily engagement stories post and experience through engaging text, image and video content creation is an advantage in our social media accounts such as TikTok/ Snapchat/ Instagram.
• Design background with Photoshop is an advantage.
• Develop and manage company website. Monitor website campaigns & budgets.
• Plan and manage SEO/Google AdWords and Analytics platforms.

Requirements:

• Degree in marketing, communication studies, journalism, creative writing, or similar.
• With 2 to 4 yrs experience in social media role or as digital marketing
• In-depth understanding of the processes surrounding the creation and distribution of paid advertisements.
• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
• Flexible and engaging writing style.
• excellent team working, collaboration and networking skills
• Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills and is able to develop engaging content.
• You should be a 'people person' with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community.
• Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications.
• Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
• Excellent in spoken and written English

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
