What You'll Do:
Social Media Management
Create and manage daily content (reels, stories, posts) on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook
Respond to DMs, comments, and grow our online community
Manage TripAdvisor, Google Reviews, and customer engagement
Digital Advertising
Set up and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and TikTok ad campaigns
Track analytics, manage ad budgets, and optimize for leads and bookings
Focus on driving real bookings--not just likes
Sales & Customer Booking
Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone calls
Explain water sports packages (jet ski, jet car, etc.) clearly and persuasively
Close deals and schedule bookings efficiently
Negotiate and upsell if necessary
Maintain a professional tone at all times
What You Bring
Proven experience running paid ads and managing organic social media
Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads
Strong phone and WhatsApp communication skills
Comfortable with basic design/video editing tools
Sales-oriented mindset -- tourism or hospitality experience is a bonus
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
