We are seeking a proactive Junior Digital Marketer to support the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts. You will assist in managing campaigns across various digital channels to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive engagement within the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and executing campaigns across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok).
• Help create engaging content (copy, images, basic graphics) for social media and digital ads.
• Support email marketing initiatives, including list management and basic newsletter creation.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using basic analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics).
• Conduct basic keyword research and support SEO/SEM activities.
• Engage with online communities and respond to comments/messages to foster brand loyalty.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure a cohesive digital strategy.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices, especially in the UAE region.
• Assist in managing online advertising budgets and schedules.

Requirements:

• Maximum 1 year of hands-on digital marketing experience in the UAE market.
• Basic knowledge of key digital marketing channels: social media marketing, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite), and basic analytics.
• Creativity in content ideation and copywriting tailored to a UAE audience.
• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn data interpretation.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize assignments, and work effectively under deadlines in a fast-paced digital environment.
• A passion for digital trends and eagerness to grow in the field.
