Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for real estate projects.
Run paid campaigns on
Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn
, etc.
Create engaging content for social media, website, email, and property listings.
Manage the company's digital presence and improve brand visibility.
Generate qualified real estate leads through online channels.
Monitor campaign KPIs, track performance, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Work closely with Sales and CRM teams to optimize lead quality.
Improve SEO ranking for company website and landing pages.
Manage property listing portals like
Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle
, etc.
Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers for campaign assets
Requirements
Minimum
2-4 years of experience
in digital marketing (real estate preferred).
Strong knowledge of
lead generation
for real estate.
Experience in
Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, SEM & Analytics
.
Ability to create property-focused online campaigns.
Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
Creative mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of CRM and automation tools is a plus.
