The Role

We're looking for a

Digital Marketing Specialist

with proven

UAE market experience

to lead and execute digital strategies that support our brand growth and customer engagement goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media, influencer marketing, etc.) Manage and grow the company's social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms Design and produce engaging and brand-aligned content Monitor campaign performance and use analytics tools to make data-driven decisions Drive online reservations, delivery orders, and brand engagement Stay ahead of trends in F&B and UAE digital consumer behavior Collaborate with operations, PR, and external partners to align marketing efforts

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience in the

UAE

, preferably within the

F&B/Hospitality

sector Strong understanding of the UAE digital landscape, customer behavior, and local platforms Demonstrable experience running paid campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) Proficiency in social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and analytics dashboards Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English (Arabic is a plus) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment
