Roles & Responsibilities of a ( Digital Marketer)
1. Lead Generation & Management
Plan and execute paid campaigns via Google Ads, Meta Ads, and property portals like Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle.
Ensure all generated leads are valid, follow GDPR and UAE data privacy regulations.
2. Social Media Marketing (SMM)
Manage official company profiles across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok.
Develop local-market relevant content focusing on property listings, project launches, and market insights.
Run paid social media ads with clear cost-per-lead (CPL) and ROI tracking.
3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Maintain optimized website content and property listings according to UAE market search trends.
Focus on local SEO keywords (Dubai property for sale, off-plan UAE projects, etc.).
4. Content Marketing & Branding
Produce multilingual marketing content (English, Arabic preferred in UAE) for websites, blogs, emailers, flyers.
Align branding with UAE's real estate regulatory authority guidelines (RERA).
5. CRM & Email Campaigns
Manage real estate CRM platforms (e.g., Property Finder CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot).
Design and send property newsletters to potential buyers, respecting UAE's anti-spam rules.
6. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Regularly analyze ad performance, website traffic, and lead conversion reports using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite.
Provide management with structured KPI reports in line with UAE company reporting norms.
7. Collaboration with Sales Teams
Ensure qualified leads are passed to the real estate sales team timely.
Work closely with agents to promote latest inventory, hot deals, and exclusive listings.
8. Compliance & Ethical Marketing
Adhere to UAE laws including:
Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) advertising standards.
Federal Decree-Law No. (45) of 2021 on Personal Data Protection.
Avoid misleading or false advertising of properties.
9. Reputation & Review Management
Monitor online reviews on platforms like Google Business, Bayut, Property Finder.
Address customer feedback professionally, maintaining company image.
10. Market Research & Trend Analysis
