About the Role:

We are looking for a creative, results-driven

Digital Marketer

to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate is passionate about online marketing, understands the digital landscape in the UAE, and knows how to create campaigns that generate real impact. You'll be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing online marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Develop and implement SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic visibility. Create and manage content for social media, website, and email campaigns. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc. Optimize performance through A/B testing and data-driven insights. Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and web developers to ensure brand consistency. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

UAE Driver License Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role in the UAE market. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and email campaigns. Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, etc. Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Preferred:

Familiarity with UAE consumer behavior and digital trends. Experience in influencer marketing and local campaign strategy. Graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.
