Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate
Digital Marketer
to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in digital marketing concepts, social media management, SEO/SEM strategies, and content creation to drive traffic, generate leads, and improve brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.
Manage and grow Helpline Group's digital presence across platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Create engaging and informative content aligned with company services (e.g., business setup, attestation, visa services).
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website rankings and traffic.
Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools.
Optimize landing pages and user experience to maximize conversions and lead generation.
Collaborate with content writers, designers, and business consultants to align campaigns with business goals.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Report weekly/monthly performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) as a Digital Marketer or similar role.
Solid knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other online marketing tools.
Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, SEMrush, etc.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Ability to create and manage content calendars and campaign plans.
Familiarity with the GCC region and services like business incorporation and document attestation is a plus.
Preferred Skills
Basic video editing and graphic design skills (using Canva, Adobe, etc.).
Experience in lead generation campaigns, particularly in the B2B service industry.
Understanding of CRM tools and email automation platforms.
Multilingual abilities (Arabic, Malayalam, Hindi) are a plus.
