Position Summary
We are inviting UAE Nationals to join our Marketing team as a Digital Experience Associate. In this entry-level role you will gain practical experience in marketing strategy, campaign execution, and market analysis while collaborating with a supportive, cross?functional team. You will be encouraged to learn, contribute, and grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment in support of GSK's mission of getting ahead of disease together.
Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns targeted to relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends, insights and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross?functional teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
• Assist in development and management of marketing materials and content for appropriate channels, ensuring adherence to company and regulatory standards.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports to measure outcomes and recommend improvements.
• Stay informed on industry trends and propose ideas to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Required qualifications

• UAE National with family book.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in marketing and brand management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Team player with ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred qualifications

• Previous internship or work experience in marketing or related areas.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Creative problem?solving skills and strong organizational capability.
• Passion for healthcare and making a positive impact.

Additional Information:
This role is based on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
