HNW Research and Management Consultancy is a rapidly growing, project-driven organization focused on designing human-centered solutions. We are currently looking for a Part-Time Digital Doodler to support our innovation and service design workshops with compelling visual storytelling.
Overview:
As a Digital Doodler, you will play a key role in bringing ideas to life through digital sketching and visual thinking. You will work closely with our service designers, facilitators, and researchers to create real-time and post-session digital visuals that capture discussions, processes, and key insights in a clear and engaging way.
This role is ideal for a creative thinker with a strong ability to visualize abstract ideas and a passion for combining art with problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Create live digital doodles and visual summaries during workshops, meetings, and ideation sessions.
Translate complex ideas and conversations into simplified visual narratives.
Design and prepare digital assets such as visual templates, workshop boards, diagrams, and infographics.
Collaborate with service designers and facilitators to co-create workshop materials and storytelling visuals.
Digitally enhance and organize doodles into clean, presentable formats for reports, presentations, or client deliverables.
Maintain a consistent visual style aligned with HNW's brand and tone.
Requirements:
Strong illustration or doodling skills with a clean, engaging style--digital portfolio required.
Proficiency with digital drawing tools such as Procreate, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Fresco, or similar.
Fast visual thinking and ability to sketch ideas in real time during live sessions.
Creativity, flexibility, and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
Strong attention to detail and visual organization.
Ability to work on-site during key workshops or participate remotely as needed.
