Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute regional digital strategies that align with AECOM's global digital transformation goals.
• Lead enterprise platform modernization, data integration, and adoption of advanced technologies.
• Champion digital innovation in design, construction, and asset management, including BIM, parametric design, and digital twin solutions.
• Integrate digital capabilities into business development, proposal delivery, and client engagements.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of digital professionals across disciplines.
• Promote sustainable and net-zero design practices through technology and data-driven solutions.
• Build partnerships with clients, consultants, and technology vendors to strengthen digital delivery excellence.
• Identify barriers to digital adoption and implement scalable solutions that enhance efficiency and competitiveness.
• Support the creation of data frameworks, performance analytics, and automation workflows to drive project intelligence.
• Represent AECOM in digital leadership forums and industry events, reinforcing the company's innovation brand.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 20+ years of experience leading digital transformation, technology integration, or computational design within the built environment.
• Strong knowledge of BIM, parametric modelling, data analytics, AI/ML, and digital twin technologies.
• Proficiency in platforms such as Revit, Rhino/Grasshopper, Power BI, and Azure AI/ML environments.
• Skilled in SQL, data management, and cross-database integration.
• Demonstrated success in developing digital strategies that improve business performance and operational efficiency.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
