Job Description

The position would be responsible for development and customisation on Digital Banking Applications and Enterprise Integration Platforms. Min 6 years of experience handling software development and delivery of digital applications and integration. Prior experience on web and mobile Application Development required. Experience in Agile, DevOps software development methodologies. Experience on integration and API development would be a plus. Experience in handling software release and deployments based on Docker containers and cloud technologies would be a plus. Hands on full stack development skills on software technologies including Java, Python, React, Angular, Node.Js, MongoDB, SOAP, REST, JSON, XML. Skills on DevOps and CI/CD tools including Jira, Confluence, Github, Jenkins and Maven would be a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Analyse business requirements, conduct impact analysis & provide accurate effort estimate for delivery of digital banking and enterprise integration. Prepare technical specifications of proposed solution in collaboration with developers, business analysts. Performs software development and unit testing. Work closely with business analysts and IT operations team to plan and transition from analysis, design, development and delivery. Ensure quality assurance on the development & customizations dome, prior to releasing for user testing. Package and deliver software releases for deployment by application & operations team in test environments. Support SIT & UAT testing phases for issues reported and provide defect fixes. Deliver releases for deployment on production for changes & software fixes which are successfully tested and verified by users. Handle Level 3 production support issues related to customisation requiring code level analysis and software fixes. Maintain the source code for customized applications in a software version control system. Control changes and follow change management process for new requirements. Review latest version upgrades to the platforms and identify impact on customized functionalities for re-work and development. Adhere to information security policies, procedures and standards.
