Job Description

Job Title: Digital Data Analyst Location: Umm Al Quwain Role and Responsibilities: - Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various digital marketing channels, including websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and online advertising, to uncover insights and drive data-driven decisions. - Develop and manage data tracking systems and tools, such as Google Analytics, to ensure accurate and consistent data collection. - Create and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize and present data findings to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and trends. - Conduct deep-dive analysis of customer behavior, conversion rates, website traffic, and campaign performance to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement. - Provide recommendations for website and campaign enhancements based on data insights and industry best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish measurement frameworks for digital marketing campaigns. - Utilize data analysis to support the development of segmentation strategies, customer personas, and targeting for personalized marketing campaigns. - Monitor and report on the effectiveness of A/B testing and experimentation efforts to optimize digital marketing initiatives. - Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues and implement solutions for data accuracy and integrity. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new tools, and best practices in digital data analysis to continuously improve processes and techniques. - Collaborate with the digital marketing team to provide insights on competitive landscapes and industry benchmarks. - Work closely with digital marketing managers and other stakeholders to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving digital marketing strategies. - Provide training and support to stakeholders on data analytics tools and methodologies. - Contribute to the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures to ensure data privacy and compliance. Requirements: - Bachelor\'s degree in data analytics, statistics, mathematics, marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience as a data analyst, preferably in a digital marketing or e-commerce environment. - Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, and statistical software (e.g., R, Python). - Experience working with web analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics. - Strong analytical skills and ability to draw actionable insights from complex data sets. - Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Google Data Studio, to create insightful reports and dashboards. - Knowledge of digital marketing channels and metrics, such as CPC, CTR, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value (CLV). - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a detail-oriented mindset. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate data insights to non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and best practices for data governance. - Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with emerging data analysis techniques and tools.
