Responsibilities:
CONTENT & SOCIAL MEDIA
Shoot and edit photos and videos for social media use and other platforms in line with Four Seasons brand guidelines
Come up with content ideas to highlight various services and products
Prepare the content calendar for the main hotel and the two restaurant channels
Monitor all engagement activity across all social media accounts
Thorough understanding of the social media environment and its evolving shape
Awareness of the latest tools, platforms and best practices
MARKETING AND PUBLIC RELATIONS
Assist Digital Public Relations and Marketing Executive in organizing media experiences such as hotel stays, dining and spa experiences
Assist Digital Public Relations and Marketing Executive in monitoring, reviewing and reporting on all marketing and PR activity and results
Prepare bi-weekly summary of press coverage for internal distribution
Coordinate professional video and photography shoots as needed
Update content on the property website, mobile app, press room and image library, partner websites
Use industry platforms to measure and report on social media and digital statistics
Assist Digital Public Relations and Marketing Executive to ensure that all hotel promotions, advertising, and collateral are in keeping with Four Seasons standards and brand image and reflect the highest level of professionalism in content and presentation
Be a brand ambassador of Four Seasons at all times, both in and out of the hotel and on personal social media accounts
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
At least 1 - 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a similar role ideally within a 5* luxury hotel or within a fine-dining restaurant
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, Adobe InDesign, Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro
Excellent verbal and written English skills
