Role Overview

As a Content Creator at Promptus, you will:

Produce high-quality, engaging content tailored for each platform (blogs, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.). Build and manage automated workflows to maximize content output and consistency. Analyse performance data to iterate and improve content strategies. Collaborate with the team to ensure brand coherence and innovation across all channels. Work directly with the co-founder as their right-hand marketing strategist. Bringing creative energy to our social media presence

Key Responsibilities

Content Production Create and publish platform-optimized content (text, video, graphics) at high velocity. Adapt content style and format to suit platform algorithms and audience preferences. Ensure all content aligns with Promptus' brand voice and messaging.
Automation & Workflow

Design, implement, and maintain automation workflows for multi-platform posting (using tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, Buffer, or custom scripts). Leverage AI tools for content ideation, generation, repurposing, and scheduling. Monitor and troubleshoot automation pipelines to minimize downtime and maximize reach.
SEO & Analytics

Optimize content for GEO, SEO and discoverability (keywords, metadata, schema markup). Analyse content performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and iterate based on data insights. Conduct research to stay ahead of trends and platform updates.
Branding & Strategy

Ensure that all of your posts adhere to Promptus' branding guidelines. Contribute creative ideas to support Promptus' growth and community engagement. Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery across all platforms.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven ability to work fast and produce a high volume of quality content. Experience creating content specific to different platforms (e.g., blogs, Instagram, TikTok). Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and content optimization. Ability to analyze metrics and rapidly iterate on content strategies. Hands-on experience with automation tools for social media/content distribution (Zapier, Make, n8n, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.). Familiarity with AI tools for content creation (ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, etc.). Understanding of branding and how to create coherent, linked content across channels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Bonus Points

Experience with video editing, graphic design, or multimedia production. Knowledge of technical GEO, SEO and basic HTML/CSS. Previous work in a startup or fast-paced digital environment. Familiarity with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, platform-specific insights, Amplitude, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
