BGS Digital Assets Manager

We are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic BGS Digital Assets Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. In this role, you will play a critical part as the Partner to our Commercial team, contributing to our ongoing success and strategic growth in the Digital Asset Line of Business. You will be responsible for business growth strategy, product/ offerings pipeline and business development.
Reporting to: Sr Business Development Manager Digital LOB
Key Responsibilities:

• Grow Brink's Digital Asset LOB business globally- this includes developing and executing your own growth plan in the region where you will be responsible for.
• Generate sales leads, build up pipelines, and acquire new clients for Digital Asset LOB
• Manage client relationships to grow business and collect feedback to develop new products
• Perform market landscape and competitor analysis
• Responsible for client contract negotiation
• Assist leadership with preparing sales collateral and internal reports

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in business development, experience in digital asset industry a plus, experience in digital asset industry with a custodian extra plus
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in excel and rest of Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven track record of achieving business results
• Client oriented and self-starter
• Blockchain/crypto knowledge with willingness, aptitude, and curiosity to learn more
• Proficient in spoken and written English
