Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, etc.)
Monitor engagement metrics and provide weekly performance reports
Research trends, hashtags, and best practices to optimize reach and engagement
Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns (email marketing, paid ads, influencer collaborations)
Help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style across all digital channels
Assist in creating graphics, videos, and other multimedia content (using Canva or similar tools)
Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategy development
Participate in team brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh content ideas
Respond to comments and messages across platforms in a timely, brand-aligned manner
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
Familiarity with major social media platforms and basic digital marketing concepts
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail
Experience with tools like Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, Google Analytics, or Meta Business Suite is a plus
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
