Job opening for Digital and Data Director position Location: Abu Dhabi Experience: 10 -15 Years 10+ years' experience in digital and data management role, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital strategies and initiatives. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree in a related field is preferred. TECHNICAL SKILLS Strategic technology experience: business/tech transformation experience, operation and service management optimisation, lean methodologies, process improvement and project management. Digital and data leadership experience: Digital transformation leadership, digital solutions development and delivery, data analytics and emerging technology, commercial skills (expertise in B2B and B2C sales). Apply lean methodologies to drive process improvements and efficiencies to maximize and optimize digital assets and in return improve customer experience, operational efficiencies, and growth metrics through (i) continually improving processes and products through ongoing cycle of experimentation, learning and adaptation, (ii) visualizing the steps involved in delivering value to the customer, and (iii) focus on creating a smooth, continuous flow of work, minimizing interruptions and reducing lead times. Implement lean principles in software development, data analytics and other digital products and services. Drive innovation through digital transformation initiatives through identifying emerging trends and technologies that can transform NewCo and develop innovative solutions that deliver value to customers and stakeholders. Identify and target customers for B2B and B2C sales, using data analysis and customer research to develop targeted messaging and outreach strategies. Apply data analytics tools and techniques to track B2B and B2C sales performance, identify trends and provide actionable insights to the Sales department.
