PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Lead the digital and communication services to create, implement and oversee corporate communications in all digital/web channels that effectively reflects the ethos and product range of the company destination including the assets

PRIMARY DURITES & RESPONISIBILITES

Planning and implementing digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns Manage functions integration among all activations. Develop and implement digital marketing strategy to support sales, leasing, golf, marina and retail. Maintain exposure across all channels by developing a proper Integration and monitoring of all communication channels. Supporting the deliverables of all the business unites and community ongoing communication with the agreed SLA. Creating corporate digital/social media communication calendar Support the implementation of communication strategy. Develop digital strategy for the company brand that includes all the business unit's objectives. Website revamp and new development whilst achieving increased traffic Social Media plans overview with all other marketing functions Implement the overall SEO strategy and reporting on monthly basis with the progress Proposing and advising the digital media mix to the different campaigns based on the brand briefs. Manage the SEM plans and budgets through overseeing all the brands Develop and rolling out a digital strategy to improve the digital footprints that includes: SM, Website, SEO, SEM and media planning.

PERSSON SPECIFICATION: Minimum competencies to be effective on the job

BSc/BA in Marketing or Sales 9 Years' experience working in a results driven service industry ideally from property, development or FM background or Public Relation environment Strong experience working within a marketing and communications environment Experience of working against set targets, service levels and quality levels Managed a team of at least 5-10 personnel Experience in making presentations using modern technology

General: Planning & Organizing Good customer ethos Cross Functional Working Persuasive Communication and Influencing Skills Creative Problem Solving Business Awareness and Acumen The ability to work with and influence Managers at all levels. Comfortable in speaking to the press, both locally, regionally and internationally A team player. Knowledge of Microsoft programs, essentially Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access. Proven interpersonal and relationship building skills. Demonstrates drive and resilience and has the ability to coach and develop others. Sound decision making ability. Positive and highly motivated towards achieving objectives. Personal Motivation Considerable knowledge of PR, organization issue management strategies, media and external affairs, events, experiential marketing and digital marketing.
