Eligibility Criteria: * Experience:

Minimum 2 years in Tele Sales or a similar field (e.g., inside sales, digital sales, call center sales) in the UAE.
Home country experience may be considered only if it is in banking/financial sales (preferred but not mandatory).
Skills & Competencies:

Proven track record in sales targets/lead generation via phone/digital channels.
Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
Strong communication (English + additional languages a plus).
Preferences:

Candidates with UAE market experience and knowledge of banking/financial products (e.g., credit cards, loans).

(Key Responsibilities):

Digital Sales: Acquire customers through outbound/inbound calls, email, chatbots, or social media.
Lead Conversion: Engage prospects, explain products (e.g., banking/insurance), and close sales.
CRM Management: Update customer interactions and track KPIs (conversion rates, targets).
Compliance: Adhere to UAE regulatory guidelines for tele/digital sales.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing and onboarding teams.
