We are seeking an accomplished and strategically minded
Digital Marketer
to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing comprehensive digital marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, strengthen customer engagement, and support overall business objectives. This role requires a high degree of professionalism, analytical expertise, and proficiency in modern digital marketing tools and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing strategies, including social media, paid advertising, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
Oversee and manage performance-driven advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital networks, ensuring alignment with defined KPIs and ROI targets.
Monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights, CRM platforms), providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, audience behaviors, and competitive opportunities to support data-driven decision-making.
Enhance the organization's digital presence through effective content planning, online reputation management, and consistent brand messaging across platforms.
Collaborate closely with design, content, and business development teams to ensure cohesive and effective digital communication.
Lead SEO and SEM initiatives to improve website visibility, organic traffic, and search engine performance.
Maintain a forward-looking approach by staying informed about the latest technologies, digital marketing trends, and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Professional Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven experience
in digital marketing or a comparable role.
Demonstrated expertise in digital advertising, social media management, SEO/SEM, and analytics.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms.
Strong understanding of content strategy, performance marketing, and digital branding principles.
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Experience with marketing automation tools and basic design platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is an advantage.
