\xe2\x9d\x96 To ensure that service delivery is 100% as per VLCC Protocol
\xe2\x9d\x96 To ensure that center\xe2\x80\x99s OSR goals is achieved & regularity of clients exceeds expectation
\xe2\x9d\x96 To ensure timely completion of Zero Session as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
\xe2\x9d\x96 To ensure client\xe2\x80\x99s understanding/agreement to the terms of the program before initiating the program
\xe2\x9d\x96 To collate, prior to planning a weight management/slimming program, for each client with regards to their personal,
behavioral, medical activity schedule and wellness assessment.
\xe2\x9d\x96 To collate details for each client with regards to their food and drinking habits, likes, dislikes, allergies and cuisine preferences
\xe2\x80\x93 through the health and habit analysis
\xe2\x9d\x96 To suggest a correct meal plan for each client on start of the program and thereafter at least once a week.
\xe2\x9d\x96 To counsel and educate clients on appropriate diets regularly
\xe2\x9d\x96 To continuously encourage clients to record behavioral/dietary/activity
\xe2\x9d\x96 To coordinate with slimming head, physiotherapists, masseurs & other dieticians to ensure optimum execution of each client\xe2\x80\x99s
package by:

• To pre-plan sessions as per individual requirements and package booked - appliance sessions/therapies/combination

sessions to be administered during slimming program.

• To ensure proper coordination with physiotherapist for activity patterns.
• To conduct daily follow-ups for irregular clients to ensure executions are complete within the validity period.
• To ensure use of proper soft skills when dealing with each client.

\xe2\x9d\x96 To check & record the weight of each client on Client Program Record (CPR)
\xe2\x9d\x96 To also check & record the weight of each client on Daily Record Register (DRR).
\xe2\x9d\x96 To review client\xe2\x80\x99s progress post each slimming session
\xe2\x9d\x96 To provide bed side counselling for 15mins during the session.
\xe2\x9d\x96 Documentation:
\xe2\x9e\xa2 BCA records should be updated on a monthly basis
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Ensure that a BCA is completed regularly as per recommended guidelines in SOP.
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Capture client\xe2\x80\x99s information in CLM on the same day of counseling.
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Assist the Slimming In-Charge in accurate and timely completion of Daily Monitoring Report.
\xe2\x9e\xa2 To regularly update and correctly complete all related documentation
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Important Documentation to include (DRR/CPR/Client Monitoring Register)/software entries
\xe2\x9d\x96 To have a 5th session review done under the guidance of the Slimming In-charge, Client Progress Advisor and Physiotherapist
\xe2\x9d\x96 To conduct Group Counseling for every client every wee
\xe2\x9d\x96 To review & recommend change in activity, diet plan & other lifestyles to ensure required weight loss
\xe2\x9d\x96 To recommend need based slimming treatments for upselling/rebooking
\xe2\x9d\x96 To ensure clients meet the targeted weight loss targets set by the Slimming Head
\xe2\x9d\x96 To counsel and guide clients facing weight plateaus and suggest appropriate course of action
\xe2\x9d\x96 To seek advice from the Slimming Head as needed in order to ensure each client is successful in meeting his/her goals
\xe2\x9d\x96 Responsible for general upkeep of the Slimming Department
\xe2\x9d\x96 Ensure accuracy of all relevant financial and operational data that is maintained / reported Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Dietician: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• DOH/HAAD (Required)
