Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate

Dietitian with a valid DOH license

to join our multidisciplinary team. The Dietitian will provide evidence-based nutritional assessment, counseling, and support to patients undergoing laparoscopic and obesity-related treatments, as well as to those seeking lifestyle and wellness guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients before and after bariatric and laparoscopic surgeries. Develop individualized diet plans tailored to medical conditions, lifestyle, and cultural preferences. Educate patients on proper nutrition, portion control, and healthy eating habits. Provide ongoing follow-up and support to monitor progress, ensure adherence, and adjust plans as needed. Collaborate closely with surgeons, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with DOH standards. Participate in patient education programs, health awareness campaigns, and community outreach when required. Ensure compliance with DOH regulations, ethical guidelines, and international best practices in dietetics.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field. Valid

Department of Health (DOH) Abu Dhabi License

as a Dietitian. Previous experience in clinical nutrition, preferably in obesity management, bariatric surgery, or a hospital/healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of medical nutrition therapy and weight management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach. Arabic Language is Mandatory. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
