Job Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and passionate Dietitian with a strong background in Food Technology or the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. In this unique role, you will be the key link between our nutrition philosophy and our product development process. You will be responsible for ensuring our menus and food products are not only healthy and compliant but also innovative and aligned with market trends.
Key Responsibilities:

• Nutritional Strategy & Planning: Develop, evaluate, and implement nutrition plans, dietary guidelines, and wellness programs for clients and internal use.
• Product Development & Innovation: Collaborate closely with the R&D and culinary teams to formulate new health-conscious food and beverage products, from concept to launch.
• Menu Engineering: Work directly with chefs to design, analyze, and optimize menus, ensuring they meet specific nutritional standards, dietary restrictions (e.g., keto, vegan, gluten-free), and calorie targets.
• Nutritional Analysis & Labeling: Conduct accurate nutritional analysis for all products and menus. Prepare and verify compliant nutritional fact labels and claims according to UAE regulatory standards.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure all products and processes adhere to food safety (HACCP) and nutritional labeling regulations.
• Collaboration & Training: Act as a nutritional expert, providing guidance and training to production, culinary, and marketing teams to ensure nutritional integrity is maintained.
• Client Support: Provide expert nutritional consultations and support to clients as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a closely related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Must be a licensed/registered Dietitian in the UAE, or eligible for licensure.
• Proven background or significant experience in Food Technology, Food Science, or the Food & Beverage industry.
• Strong understanding of food composition, product formulation, and nutritional labeling regulations.
• Experience in a clinical, food service, or manufacturing setting is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (chefs, food technologists, marketers).
• Creative, innovative, and passionate about health and wellness trends.
