Job Description
Through knowledge about institutional, Healthcare and workplace SEHHI guidelines
? Prior experience with SEHHI implementation
? excellent knowledge about menu planning for nursery's children and primary &secondary students
?Through knowledge with Diets
?verify active diets orders
?Inspect food, supplies.
?Evaluate staff performance and recommendations
?prepare time sheet and perform other administrative tasks.
?Maintain dietary standards
?diet training to team
?coordinate with production team to ensure diet food prepared as per standard
?educate client to provide in Depth understanding of key features
?prior experience with SHIRE audits
?Do food tasting and maintaining documentation
?evaluates patients nutritional needs
?provide diets counseling
?supervision on preparation of diets & school foods
?computing and recording reports
?Monitor tray lines
?Designing therapeutic diets menus
