Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and reliable
Diesel Mechanic
to maintain, repair, and service our fleet of trucks, trailers, and heavy vehicles. The ideal candidate will ensure all vehicles are safe, efficient, and ready to support our logistics and shipping operations.Key Responsibilities:
Inspect, diagnose, and repair diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems. Perform regular maintenance and preventive servicing on company vehicles. Troubleshoot mechanical problems and replace faulty parts when needed. Keep accurate maintenance records and report any major issues to the supervisor. Ensure all work is done safely and meets company and regulatory standards. Support smooth fleet operations by minimizing downtime.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or technical certification in diesel mechanics or related field. Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic (experience in logistics or fleet maintenance preferred). Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and vehicle electrical systems. Ability to use diagnostic tools and repair equipment. Good communication and teamwork skills.
