Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled

Diesel Mechanic

to join our team. The ideal candidate must have valid UAE certifications and at least 2 years of GCC experience in diesel engine maintenance and repair, particularly in construction, industrial, or oil & gas equipment. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel engines and related machinery to ensure smooth and safe operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect, diagnose, and repair diesel engines, generators, trucks, and heavy machinery. Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing to ensure equipment reliability. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in diesel-powered equipment. Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service records, and equipment reports. Collaborate with site engineers and supervisors to schedule maintenance and repairs. Ensure compliance with company safety standards and UAE regulations during maintenance activities. Assist with equipment installation, calibration, and testing as required. Identify and report any operational or safety issues with machinery. Keep the workshop organized and maintain tools and spare parts inventory.

Qualifications & Experience:

Valid UAE certification or license for Diesel Mechanic work. Minimum 2 years of GCC experience in diesel engine maintenance (construction, oil & gas, or industrial projects preferred). Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and vehicle mechanics. Familiarity with diagnostic tools, welding, and basic electrical troubleshooting.

Key Skills:

Proficient in repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting diesel engines and machinery. High awareness of safety standards and preventive maintenance practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills. Physically fit and capable of working in workshop and site/industrial environments.
