Job Description

The Diesel Mechanic who specializes in the overhaul, maintain and repair of engine component, engine, transmission (both manual and automatic) ,differential, suspension system and steering system of heavy duty trucks and Equipment (like- trucks (Volvo, Mercedes, MAN, Scania etc.) equipment ( Komatsu, caterpillar and Volvo ). Mechanic should be able to understand the cause of vibration and sound from different parts of vehicles and able to replace the suspected parts with care. Additionally, Mechanic with electronic component diagnosis experience will be Consider as advantage. He should have knowledge of Diagnosis of sound & vibration from various parts of vehicle. He should find the damaged parts & replace the damaged parts from Suspension system like leaf springs, Shock absorber and various bushes in different parts of suspension. He should understand the cause of overheating by inspection of related components like Coolant Pump, Radiator, Thermostat, Head Gasket etc. He should be able to Overhaul Engine & Transmission (Both Automatic, I-shift & Manual). He should be able to operate truck and equipment Diagnostic tools. He should be able to identify the faults in Steering System, Transmission & Differential.
