Dubai Ready-Mix Concrete LLC is looking for a skilled and reliable

Diesel Mechanic

to maintain, repair, and service our fleet of heavy vehicles and equipment, including transit mixers, concrete pumps, loaders, and company trucks.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with heavy-duty diesel engines and hydraulic systems, preferably within the ready-mix or construction industry.

The Diesel Mechanic is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel engines and heavy equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspection & Diagnostics:

Perform routine inspections and diagnostic tests on diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and electrical systems.

Identify mechanical problems using computerized diagnostic tools and manual techniques.

Maintenance & Repairs:

Conduct preventive maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks.

Repair or replace faulty components such as brakes, fuel injectors, pumps, and cooling systems.

Perform welding and fabrication when necessary for equipment repairs.

Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards.

Requirements

Minimum 1-2

years experience

as a Diesel Mechanic (ready-mix or construction sector preferred). Strong knowledge of heavy diesel engines & hydraulic systems. Experience repairing transit mixers, concrete pumps, and heavy trucks (advantage). Ability to read technical manuals and diagnostic tools. Good communication and teamwork skills. Physically fit and able to perform manual workshop tasks. Basic English communication (Arabic is an advantage).
