Ensure that overhauling of heavy vehicle and light duty vehicle gearboxes, clutch works, pressure plate works, tire changing works etc.
Accurate diagnose of vehicle engine (Volvo/ Man/ Mercedez) and mechanical, electrical components.
Inspect vehicle, vehicle computer, electrical/ electronic system to repair, maintain and upgrade. Provide accurate estimates for a repair or maintenance job.
Overhauling of suspension and steering system. Battery changing, attachment changing, Hydraulic excavator servicing and lubrication works.
Maintain routine daily, weekly, monthly checklists of oil changes, filter leaning/ changes, transmission oil levels, brakes checking, battery.
Responsible for completely overhauling forklifts, tractors, loaders and Hydraulic excavators.
Ensure safety and housekeeping is maintained.

Technical Requirements

Knowledge of petrol and diesel engines
Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, benefits, repair, and maintenance.
