2 Heavy Vehicles Mechanic

( who can join immediately )

with a Strong Mechanical background. We are looking for ideal candidate who must be well knowledgeable about Mechatronics & able to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair

Mercedes Trucks, Mitsubishi Pickup, Ashok Leyland Bus, JCB Boom Loader & Volvo Shovel

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on heavy vehicles. Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, brake inspections, and tire rotations. Identify and replace faulty components such as engines, transmissions, clutches, axles, and differentials. Conduct safety checks and ensure all repairs comply with industry and company standards. Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagnostic reports. Operate diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot vehicle issues. Maintain records of all repairs, parts used, and services performed. Follow workplace safety procedures and ensure proper use of tools and equipment. Collaborate with other mechanics and maintenance staff to optimize efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma or certification in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Minimum

3 years

of experience in heavy vehicle maintenance and repair. Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electronic control units (ECUs). Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics. Experience using diagnostic tools and software. Physical ability to lift heavy parts and work in various weather conditions. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
