3 years in steel plant maintenance

ITI in relevant trade (Mechanical or Diesel Technology)

Job Highlights:

Preferred: Candidates with steel plant maintenance or project experience Strong troubleshooting knowledge of DG (Diesel Generator) sets and AC motors Ability to work in a shift environment and lead maintenance tasks

Key Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostics and repair of diesel generator (DG) sets used in steel plant operations Conduct preventive, corrective, and shutdown maintenance of mechanical power systems Troubleshoot and maintain AC motors and related systems Support cable laying, termination, and route checks in coordination with electrical teams Work closely with the electrical and instrumentation teams during plant shutdowns and overhauls Maintain detailed maintenance and service records Assist in shift operations and manpower coordination Follow plant safety procedures and ensure compliance during maintenance tasks

Qualifications:

ITI in Diesel Mechanic or Mechanical Trade (Regular) 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a steel plant Solid understanding of DG operations and AC motor troubleshooting Team player with good communication and shift-handling skills

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
