We're Hiring - Diesel Generator Commissioning Engineer

-->We are currently hiring on behalf of our esteemed client for the role of Diesel Generator Commissioning Engineer with 5-10 years of hands-on experience in DG set installation, testing, and commissioning -- particularly within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Heavy Industrial sectors.

Location: GCC Region

Experience Required: 5-10 years (Minimum 3 years in GCC mandatory)

->Key Responsibilities:

- Installation, alignment & commissioning of DG sets (500 kVA to 3+ MW)

- Load bank testing, synchronization & performance validation

- Troubleshooting advanced control systems (DeepSea, ComAp, Woodward)

- Compliance with ISO 8528, API, NFPA, IEC & GCC safety regulations

- Client coordination, team training & detailed documentation

Ideal Candidate Profile:

? Degree/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

? Proven experience in Oil & Gas projects (offshore rigs, refineries, power stations)

? Familiar with ATEX/IECEx standards, black-start procedures & critical power systems

? Strong hands-on knowledge of Cummins, CAT, MTU, Perkins, FG Wilson

? Bonus if you hold OEM certifications, HSE (NEBOSH/OSHA) or hazardous area certificationsIf you're ready to take on high-impact DG commissioning projects in the GCC and meet international standards with precision -- we want to hear from you!
