Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Die-Cut / Foiling / Embossing Machine Operator

to join our dynamic printing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating and maintaining die-cutting, hot foil stamping, and embossing machines to produce high-quality printed materials, packaging, or promotional items according to client and production specifications. He will also help in other binding jobs when required.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and maintain die-cutting, foiling (hot & cold), and embossing machines. Read and interpret job orders, layouts, and design specifications. Adjust machine settings for material type, thickness, registration, pressure, and foil/emboss depth. Ensure jobs meet quality standards, including precision alignment, clean cuts, proper foil adhesion, and consistent embossing. Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of machines. Monitor production output to ensure efficiency and minimal waste. Conduct in-process quality checks and make necessary adjustments. Report machine issues or production delays to the supervisor promptly. Collaborate with production and finishing teams to ensure timely job completion. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area, following safety protocols.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience operating and performing die-cut, foiling, and embossing jobs. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to interpret and follow job specifications and artwork layouts. Knowledge of materials used in packaging and commercial print finishing. Familiarity with quality control procedures in a print/packaging environment. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods. Flexibility to work shifts and overtime as required.
