Role Overview:
The Dialysis Nurse provides safe, patient-centered care across all dialysis phases, ensuring quality outcomes through collaboration, clinical expertise, and adherence to international standards.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive dialysis care (pre, intra, and post-treatment).
- Operate and monitor dialysis equipment safely and effectively.
- Administer medications and respond to patient needs and emergencies.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and lifestyle support.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with infection control standards.
- Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing.
- Minimum 2 years' experience within the UAE in a large hospital setting.
