Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility support, and toileting.
Monitor and record vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, respiration, temperature, SpO?).
Assist with medication reminders and administration as per the supervising nurse's instructions.
Support in wound care, dressing changes, and other basic clinical procedures.
Ensure infection control and hygiene practices are strictly followed in the home environment.
Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and exercises as advised.
Report any changes in patient's health status promptly to the supervising nurse/physician.
Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and families.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with DHA homecare regulations.
