Key Responsibilities:
Deliver personalized nursing care to patients at home
Monitor vital signs and patient condition regularly
Administer medications, injections, and wound care
Assist with personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility
Maintain accurate medical records and daily reports
Coordinate with doctors and family members regarding treatment plans
Adhere strictly to safety, hygiene, and infection control standards
Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and families
Qualifications:
Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter
